Our lobsters are flown into Hong Kong jet-fresh and still alive. Maintaining
optimum quality of freshness is our
primary goal.
Unique to Hong Kong, we have our own state-of-the-art 3,000sqft fresh
seawater tank facility, allowing us to
carry thousands of live lobsters at any
given time.
